Cancellation and Refund

1. Cancellation Policy:

Patients are encouraged to provide timely notice if they need to cancel or reschedule appointments. To cancel or reschedule, please contact KISLAY ICONIC HEALTH CARE PVT LTD Organization's Contact Information at least 48 hours or 3 days before the scheduled appointment.

2. No-Show Policy:

Failure to cancel or reschedule appointments within the specified timeframe may result in a no-show fee. This fee is intended to compensate for the time and resources allocated for the appointment.

3. Refund Policy:

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

a. Cancellation within the Specified Timeframe:- If a patient cancels an appointment within the specified timeframe, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the circumstances.

b. Unsatisfactory Service:- If a patient is dissatisfied with the quality of service provided, they may request a partial refund. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

c. Overpayment or Billing Errors:- In the event of overpayment or billing errors, refunds will be processed promptly after verification.

d. Service Not Rendered:- If a service is not rendered due to unforeseen circumstances or at the discretion of  KISLAY ICONIC HEALTH CARE PVT LTD, a partial or no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Request Procedure:

To request a refund, please submit a written request to info@kiconichealthcare.com. Include the patient's name, date of service, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

5. Refund Processing Time:

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7 business days. The processing time may vary depending on the payment method used.

6. Exceptions:

Certain services or products may be non-refundable. Any exceptions to the refund policy will be communicated to the patient at the time of purchase or appointment scheduling.

7. Changes to Cancellation and Refund Policy:

KISLAY ICONIC HEALTH CARE PVT LTD reserves the right to update and revise this cancellation and refund policy. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
